Not for career-oriented, growth-oriented people.

No hike. Biased management. Work is not appreciated. There is no transparency in the system. Laid-back attitude of the whole hierarchy.

Not recommended for experienced people who like to contribute and grow with the team. No professionalism.

You should seriously look after your employees, even if they are contractors. They are the basis of your company. The management is so cheap. A person who works hard and contributes to the team, all the credit is taken away. You do not provide a decent hike. Your matrix on assessment is not known. There is no vice-versa matrix of assessment for the seniors/management. Managers are least inclined to even interact with the team. Trust me, I'm really disappointed with the whole structure of work, assessment, and skill set upgrade. It lacks professionalism. I'm not able to get through jobs in other companies because the profile here has taken away the charm from my resume.
