- Lowest salary in the industry compared to other big companies.
- Liar managers; they also take credit for your work.
- No new work, only bug fixes.
- No coding standards: Make things work; no one cares about the code quality.
- No hike.
- No technical growth.
Don't trust managers; they are mostly hypocrites. Talk to developers in a timely manner to get the actual picture of the team.
