- Higher salary than market value
- Good benefits: vacation leaves, sick leaves, HMO, retirement plan, group insurance, free counseling
- Management is supportive and has an open-door policy. You can schedule 1:1 meetings with directors in your department.
- Team culture is very good. Teammates are friendly and there's little to no office politics (at least on my team).
- Appraisals at the mercy of headquarters. We had a year where there were no appraisals at all.
- Usually, stocks are given in lieu of yearly salary increases. Sometimes one-time bonuses are given, but again, at the mercy of headquarters.
