Since they moved to the cloud, they have been trying to behave more like a service-based company.
Earlier, post-work hours, no one would call you or ask you to log in. Now, they expect you to stay online whenever possible.
NO HIKES AT ALL. I stayed for 3 years and 8 months, and my total increase in salary was very minimal, not more than 15% of my initial joining salary.
Learning is absolutely zero. Cloud teams do not work on the latest technologies.
No opportunities to relocate between countries.
Tried giving feedback directly. Nothing changed. So advising here is equal to nothing.
