Big brand, but no proper vision.
The major con I feel is the technology which is being used. It is ADF, which is outdated technology in the market, and you hardly get any help on an open-source platform.
There is no growth, and a yearly hike takes place after every 18 months with a percentage below 5%.
They have a 1-day firing policy, which is scary, and it has happened with a few of my colleagues.
