- I joined with a good salary above market standards.
- Good environment to learn coding.
- Brand name (though it is in no way equal to Oracle standards).
- Hectic targets and the need to complete releases within a very short period.
- Very poor top management and appraisal process, which is fully based on your relationship with the manager.
- Very long working hours and weekend office time.
- Lots of people have left the company during the last year, so it is very tough for laterals to understand the business and complete the work.
- Do not join as a lateral now to avoid mental pressure.
- Most of the guys who joined with me have left the company within a 6-month period, but I managed to survive to save my profile and to avoid a short jump to another company.
- I am personally affected a lot because of mental stress and will definitely change the company at the last moment I can hold.
