Cool work environment. Less tasks assigned for 1 year. Depends on your manager; mine is cool. No worry about leaves; take them if you want.
Forget about current technologies. Learn ADE, SOA frameworks which are of no use anywhere. They will ask Spring, Hibernate, Java 8, but they don't use them in the project. Here, you have to fix customer issues and code at the same time. Also, there is no hike for 2 years.
