Great work-life balance. Paid sick leave. Paid maternity leave.
Very low pay, doesn't match the market value. No raises/promotions, no matter how hard you work. There are always organizational restructuring changes, and they always find a reason to not give raises/promotions.
Instead of thanking your employees in official meetings, please pay your employees. Your thank yous don’t pay their bills. There is a high inflation rate, and the company doesn’t care about that. On top of that, they are not recognizing employees with hikes or promotions after making many profits. Most employees are stuck there without career growth. Please adjust their pay rate to make sure all employees at Oracle Cerner are paid fairly.
