Met with a number of people to describe the position and determine if there was a fit. Negotiated a verbal agreement offer. Brought down a path to find out they could not get an actual offer in writing.

The interview process consisted of: * 1 HR interview * 1 phone call * 1 video call It included many "what would you do if" scenarios. There were a couple of technical questions, but a significant number of logical/non-technical and soft skill

There was an initial technical interview about Design Patterns. Then followed five other interviews. Only one of the five was non-technical, focusing on what I would be working on and how the team is organized. The rest were about solving a math pro
