Clean, safe working environment. Benefits are good and working hours are flexible. First and second-level management is outstanding in spite of the obstacles from senior management.

Compared to the "old" HP (before Carly) and Sun Microsystems, Oracle comes in a distant third. Oracle chooses to run their hardware business like their software business.

Senior management needs to get engaged.

Provide the money for capital equipment. Providing solutions to problems for state-of-the-art hardware systems with antiquated equipment doesn't make good business sense.

"Dilbert cubes" are not the solution. Oracle's Real Estate group's effort to consolidate facilities has taken precedence over providing an appropriate working environment to do our jobs.
