The hiring process is through college. Once you crack an aptitude round, they call you for an interview that has three rounds: two technical and one HR. Cracking the Oracle aptitude test is very difficult, but existing question papers on Google help
Applications Developer
Two rounds have been completed. Two more are still pending, but HR does not know when they will happen. I have called them twice, but HR has no answer. I hope the next round will happen soon, as Oracle is my dream company.
