Worked in OFSS. Seriously thinking, what's the pro, except flexible timings?
Very less salary hikes; hike cycles not uniform. Loyalty has no rewards; attrition is higher. Too much office politics favoring regions of bosses. Not a good company for functional resources.
Unless you give importance and have a separate functional stream, products are bound to suffer.
