Healthy work environment
I loved working at Oracle. It's a good, product-based company with an understanding and supportive environment. Work-life balance is something I loved.
Hikes are very little to no hikes.
Bonus and other things are given to make up for it.
But still, a hike is what every employee looks for.
Please provide a hike every year, and some activities, outings, and annual functions for employee entertainment.
