People will/will not be awesome. Work-life balance will/will not be awesome. Don't expect a hike.
Best for work-life balance. Long stability (layoffs can happen even if a company is in lifetime high profits due to political and new tech hype reasons).
Don't expect much of a hike, as well, as the tech stack can be old and there's less learning on the project, as things are highly stable.
It will be very difficult to switch due to the use of Oracle internal tools in most projects.
Management is good.
