Trabajo y proyectos están muy bien. El ambiente laboral de trabajo también. Los programas y cosas fuera de trabajo por parte de Oracle están muy bien.
Internship: Si fuiste seleccionado para internship y estás por terminar tu carrera, tienes casi una probabilidad muy grande de ser contratado como IC2.
Sueldos - El sueldo es apenas competitivo ante el mercado actual. Tienes que venderte muy bien para empezar, pero si quieres más del rango actual que te ofrecen, te piden como si fueras arquitecto.
Aumentos de sueldos - En los casi 3 años que llevo aquí no he tenido algún aumento de mi sueldo, pero sí de mis responsabilidades.
Internship - Siento que piden mucho para los que quieren hacer una pasantía/prácticas, como si fuese un Junior con 1-2 años de experiencia.
