Good pay. Great company to work for in general. Bonus stock. Interesting products.
- Hard to improve your career inside the company unless you "move" projects.
- Hard to increase your wage over time.
- A business-oriented company that sometimes "forgets" about the internal development teams in terms of importance to the company.
- Should declare stock options awarded to Portuguese employees in a way that does not harm the employee's IRS declaration.
Give more wage raises instead of just stock.
