Working in the MySQL division was very rewarding. Management was very understanding and would listen to suggestions. The company has a very good Health Benefit package compared to my previous companies.
It is a very large company, and at times, it showed when trying to request certain information from HR.
Continue to be encouraging of subordinates and listen to suggestions for improvement.
Set up regular feedback meetings to keep up with changes.
