Work from home/flexible hours. You have time to grow professionally using the company's in-house training facilities. If your boss is happy, you have a very safe job.
Pay is not good as compared to other big corps. Lots of bureaucracy. Management in India is mainly admin and technically incompetent.
You need to do salary revisions if you want people to stay.
Please remove the rotten apples in the middle management; they are wasting your money and sucking up employee morale.
