Till now, I did not find anything good here. Before joining, I thought it's a health-based company, and it should be more health-oriented towards its employees, but it's not so.
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM shift.
No benefits, no project change option, no one is ready to listen. Sleep cycle and health are affected.
Should focus on employee health and listen to employee concerns.
