No new learning opportunities.
Skill set gets stagnant.
Work-life balance takes a back seat during project cycles.
No transparency or safety for lower-level employees. Heavy politics and enmity between lower-level management. It's a jungle out there.
One needs to be good at politics to see their way up; true dedication and talent are shadowed.
A great company it is and can nurture the careers of lots of people, but please erase the politics inside the company and start a strict evaluation process to ascertain the real value of the employees.
