Nice people, good offices in Bucharest. Depending on the line of business, projects might be interesting. Usually, salaries are OK. Working hours are flexible, depending on local managers.
Salary rises are quasi inexistent or very, very low.
Internal mobility is almost prohibited.
The usual inflexibility of big American corporations limits room for growth.
Local managers are usually difficult people.
HR is almost inexistent.
Appraisals are from a parallel universe; usually, a (very) good score does not count.
Basically, none. Opinions from ordinary employees never count. Too many levels of management...
