In the FusionApps area, they work with very old technologies that are rarely used outside of Oracle. It becomes a torment to develop applications with them, and it gets worse when the deadline is near.
Salary increases are very rare and, if they happen, they are very small.

The interview process was fairly okay. However, in one of the coding interviews, the interviewer basically accused me of using a second screen in order to cheat, just based on a hunch, which I found quite worrying and unprofessional.
