You have a provision to expose your ideas as well as implementation. All the managers/directors/VPs are very employee friendly. They don't show any level differences with other employees or reportees. I worked with one of the Sr. Director, Mr. Rajesh Dronamraju. He is an excellent person to guide you on the right technical directions for your projects and a great personality to inspire.
