No complaints. The work is interesting. There is good direct management on my team.
Forced RTO for software engineers is the dumbest, most controlling thing you can do. Oracle is taking steps backwards by doing this, and I will go elsewhere because of it.
Let software engineers work from home, or you will lose your best engineers to those that allow it.
The interview process consists of HR interviews, a technical screening, and a half-day interviewing loop. The process itself was fine, but the finalization of the offer took more than a month.
It was a big drive with multiple rounds and lot of hotchpotch. I went through all the rounds, spending my whole day. Then, at the end, things got changed without any reason.
There were a total of 4 rounds, including one online objective test. This test covered Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, OOPS, OS & SQL, with 50 questions (10 questions in each session). There were also 3 technical rounds. HR scheduled one face-to-fac
