- Inflexible policies (from weekly timesheets to the technologies you can use; too much stuff is just for show).
- Upper management seems to care way less about IT people and more about sales/legal, which is a surprise for a tech company.
- Lots of acquisitions and then discontinuing products (yup, it keeps happening).
- New cloud infrastructure, which might have problems if you're into advanced and really demanding use cases.
Focus more on:
- Devs
- Benefits and salary increases
