I've been with Oracle for over 8 years
Oracle is doing some very innovative development, especially in the Cloud space. There are some exceptionally smart people working here, and everyone is driven to succeed. Oracle is financially stable, and a good engineer can stay here a long time.
Benefits are good, but not as good as some of Oracle's competitors.
Enhance the benefits package to include stock.
