Oracle hired me and didn't help much in relocating me from Dallas to CA. Anyway, I still went ahead and spent money from my pocket on relocation. Then they decided to close the team I joined within two months and layoff everyone, including me. It was one of the worst things a company can do: just hire and then immediately layoff. And talk about the severance package; it was one of the worst packages I have ever heard or seen. Just four weeks of salary, and the layoff was like they sent an overnight FedEx package with all the details.
3 Technical rounds and manager interview. Technical rounds were very well managed with good questions. The questions were pertaining to what the work would actually be. Questions about algorithms, my earlier projects were asked.
Initial phone screening, then 6 rounds of interviews onsite. After 3 weeks, got a call from the senior director regarding offer negotiation.
