I've been with NetSuite for 6 years (even before Oracle acquired NetSuite).
Employees started to lose good benefits (such as bonuses/rewards, no budgets for team buildings for some teams, and exciting and expensive raffle prizes on parties) after being acquired by Oracle.
There is no difference between annual increase and promotion increase.
Upper management has continuously changed in some departments.
Please do not remove (return if possible) the good benefits provided by NetSuite before the acquisition by Oracle.
Make promotions increase as high as deserved by employees, and adjust employee salaries as needed to keep your employees aligned with the industry.
The process was smooth, especially when they opened a new development center. They held a one-day event, and the entire interview process was completed on the same day. I received an offer within the same week, or within 10 days as best as I can reca
There were 5 rounds of interviews. The first was a written round, followed by 4 rounds of interviews with different levels of management. The last round was with the Senior Director, who would throw a random quiz question or use case explanation.
There were 5 rounds of interviews. The first was telephonic, and the rest were purely technical, mostly focusing on programming, Linux, analytical skills, and databases. They will also ask you in detail about your previous work experience and testing
