Crazy at times, but worth it.
Excellent health and medical benefits, 401K, free training, and great people to work with.
Since there is not per se vacation or sick time, you can take off as many days as you like as long as you do your job. Even if you are working extra some weeks, as long as at the end of the quarter you have your 520 hours, you are golden.
Too many responsibilities and many hours of traveling from place to place.
Sometimes too much is expected at a team, and multiple responsibilities to deal with, as well as too many bosses.
I would like management to take better care of the people that travel and consider the 12-15 hours of weekly travel as part of the work week.
