Learning Opportunities, Unpredictable Cycles
There are good opportunities, with interesting efforts, and lots to learn.
The company is constantly unpredictable and mushy on the cycle of feedback/pay/promotions. This is highly dispiriting to have that so. As a good performer, the cost of living has gone up quicker than my pay as a result, and an employee has no idea when the company plans next to evaluate level and pay.
Make the pay and review cycle more predictable.
