The projects were good, maybe.
My team was a nightmare.
I had a new team lead who had no knowledge about the company, and I was new as well. So, most of the time, you had to ping others in the group asking for help, which they ignored.
I worked 14 hours a day, on weekends, and yet faced constant humiliation.
The pay is the worst. I never got even a penny hike.
After repeated complaints from the team about the lead, don't turn a deaf ear.
Humiliation is not acceptable.
