A week after solving the online programming challenge, a recruiter contacted me and, after a couple more weeks, I had the first interview out of a total of three.

Multiple rounds of technical and practical questions, along with an interview, will assess the candidate's ability to adapt to changes and test their English skills. All aspects of the submitted resume will be tested.

It was in-person. Previously, I filled out a form with my details to obtain the interview, as well as to submit my CV. The interview did not last more than 1 hour. In the interview, I had to solve a problem by writing code on a piece of paper.
