There is an excellent work environment. They encourage you to enjoy the office as well as your home. They have a lot of snacks, fruits, coffee machines, and many other things like ping pong tables and foosball. It has been on the list of best places to work 5 years in a row.
I have nothing to say as a con. I really like to work there, and I think I'll be working there as much as I can.
