The people in MDC are amazing. There is a great community and a sense of trust. There are many things to do apart from work.

In 2023, they completely removed it, and HR handled the situation horribly. There was no official communication as to why it was done, and they expected it to go unnoticed. HR adopted a hostile attitude against people who asked for an explanation, which is a legal obligation for companies in Mexico.
