Pros

You learn a lot; there are many opportunities to take "ownership" of projects. You have a lot of decision-making power in your work. It has very good benefits, such as insurance and grocery vouchers.

Cons

The work-life balance is very bad. The vast majority of people I work with have the same perception of this. The ETAs are tight and the stress is high. The direct managers I've worked with are good and understand this; however, their managers are not (something very well-known and accepted by most), so one always ends up very tired. The technologies used are obsolete. Staff turnover is high for the same reason. Salaries are good in relation to the country's average, but below average when compared to other companies in the industry in the country.

Advice to Management

Cuidar más a los empleados en el aspecto relación vida/trabajo. Algunos proyectos son demasiado pesados/estresantes y no es muy claro cómo management ayuda en esto.
