Good performance, difficult to grow
The company is very serious. It offers medical and car insurance benefits. There is a gym on campus, soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts, and numerous clubs on campus.
It is extremely difficult to get promoted; everything must go through approval by multiple people above you.
Bosses are often absent and, on occasion, are people who just want to do things their way. They are not open to new ideas.
