Very good treatment: The company strives to provide extra amenities to employees. Excellent benefits: Comparing with other companies in the industry, the benefits may seem similar, but I always find some point where Oracle's are superior in something. Flexible schedules: There isn't much of a problem with arrival/departure times, as long as one attends their meetings and delivers results on time and in the correct manner. Open and modern culture: It offers a casual environment with offices with enough light to provide a less somber atmosphere. They offer optional extra activities, such as participation in learning groups or social development.

It's hard to get a salary raise, not even for inflation increases (which don't exist).

You end up realizing that entry-level salaries keep going up year after year thanks to inflation, but employee salaries remain unchanged.
