Good Pay, Work from Home
- Worst team culture.
- Few managers still expect a "sir" culture.
- They don't know how to utilize and share knowledge with new team members for legacy applications.
- The on-shore team never wants to collaborate with off-shore and they are not friendly. They want to dominate, even though there are no mistakes in your code.
- No team-building activity. This makes you feel alone in your team if you joined newly, and no one supports you with minimum information. etc....
If you want to improve profits, show it in your business, not by removing or laying off employees.
If you want to migrate to AI, then don't hire new candidates and fire people. Hire only the required people.
