Work is easy. There is no pressure from the manager. Benefits are generally good, I guess.
Work from home is allowed for developers. There is plenty of training material.
No raises for a decade or more, a token bonus, and no stock grants. The ESPP is not very good. There are hardly any promotions in development. It's very difficult to transfer internally. Management is shifting work offshore as much as possible.
Advice to management: None, because it is pointless to offer.
Advice to potential employees: The reviews are accurate. Read them all.
