There are no pros. I wish I could give it zero stars. I hated every moment of working there.
The bosses were mean, the hours long, the pay not enough, and everybody's attitude was so negative.
They just don't care. People don't take pride in their work. They don't encourage each other. There is lots of back-stabbing and lots of inappropriate, childish behavior.
Fire yourselves and bring in some real managers who know what they're doing and know how to run a large company. Get a clue.
