Good work/life balance, good management.
Too much work, long hours.
Friendly interviewers asked a few DSA questions that were not too hard to answer. Moreover, if you mentioned them in your CV, they might ask you OS and CN basic concepts as well.
I was hired as an intern during the summer of my master's program. No technical questions were asked. I was called straight away for an onsite interview. Two days later, the hiring manager emailed back with an offer.
First round: Aptitude, Verbal, and Technical (C, Java, DBMS). Second round: Technical interview (puzzles and problem-solving, lite only). It would be a plus point if you know OOP concepts and all. HR: Answer confidently; don't give silly answers.
