Cheating employees with the promise of a permanent job, but it's actually contractual
The one and only positive side is their work from home.
They provide very low increments, mostly 3-5%. Even that is not given on time.
Hire and fire policy.
There is nothing like a permanent job in Oracle. They hire employees, saying it's a permanent position, and then after some time, they fire them without prior notice or reason, justifying it with some separation amount. This is the worst company of my career.
Don't hire on the name of a permanent position when you want to fire someone immediately, without any reason and without giving prior notice.
