Easy Work, Boring For Grads
I had a lot of free time. The tasks were easy, and there was no pressure at all. My boss was laid-back and very friendly.
The company is a typical old business where most of its consumers are businesses (not consumers). It was very boring for a recent college graduate, who was looking for more challenges.
I hope there is a more targeted program for college graduates, so that they can be challenged and inspired. Otherwise, the work becomes easily boring.
