Oracle CGBU is a crappy organization. They don't make enough money, and all they do is acquire and try to make a quick buck, failing at it. Now that Oracle is trying to make some progress in the Cloud, they suck money out of CGBU, which is already cash-strapped, and fire random people without concern for performance.
