Nothing, only regret. I don't find any. Worst management. No work-life balance.
Tons of work. No increment. No appreciation. No support from seniors or manager. Very old technology. No growth and promotion. No activity apart from work.
Allow WFH. It helps employees manage, even with some lower salary, and they are super productive. Control your 10-15 lazy managers. Hold them responsible. Provide support to juniors. Make WFH permanent.
Overall, I think it went pretty well! The interview was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. We started with a technical discussion where I had to solve a couple of coding problems on a whiteboard. * One was about optimizing an algorithm
The interview mostly targeted technical and DSA solving skills. Prior knowledge of SQL queries and advanced DSA is important. Making projects in web development or app development also proves beneficial.
It was nice and tricky, consisting of a total of 3 rounds. The first 2 were technical, and the last was HR + technical. I got an on-campus opportunity. Before that, they took an online test which included questions on DSA, API, SQL, and a few MCQs.
