Oracle has a diverse range of technologies and multiple opportunities.
Though laggard until recently, amongst the legacy companies, it offers some of the latest technologies to work on.
There are a lot of diversity and options to network with people round the globe.
Great trainings:
- There are a number of free courses and also access to Lynda or MIT review sites.
Still a lot of proprietary legacy software that is not much used outside Oracle.
Salary increments take a while and are somewhat slow.
Given that with COVID-19 stay-at-home policies, there would have been substantial savings on the company's end as well, it would have been nice to receive some bonus, which has been nil for a few years now.
