Less work pressure when compared to service companies. Flexible in that sense.
Can switch to another job within Oracle (but no pay hike or promotion).
No time log maintained (swipe-in / swipe-out). We're good as long as work gets done.
Take people with higher designations for lower-level responsibilities. For example, a manager for the responsibilities of a Tech Lead.
Very hierarchical; slow promotions.
Too divided. Each department/director has its own set of policies for WFH, etc.
No concept of company transport; offices are located in most traffic-prone areas.
Ensure work-life balance with adequate WFH.
