Pros

Very open culture.

One of the most friendly managers you would ever meet.

You can work on your comfort levels and timings.

Cons

Ridiculous policies.

Pathetic compensations, no onsite opportunities or chances to earn any additional perks.

Post-2009, the company has been continuously doing cost-cutting by various means in India. This means yearly bonuses are getting vanished or becoming like "alms". Raises in salary are getting delayed every year with extremely abysmal increases.

This is also reflecting in poor hires, bad product focus, and quality.

Also, this is perhaps only one of the few companies on Earth where a promotion does not guarantee a pay hike (at least immediately). That means an increase in responsibility with no additional pay. A corresponding pay hike may take not a year or more to come.

Managers are really good but could not do much to retain people, because systematically they have been made powerless by putting a lot of "ifs and buts" in the policy.

Technically, you may learn a lot of skills here, but their saleability in the job market is very less as they are either very specific to the organization or not state-of-the-art.

Advice to Management

Please understand the Indian IT market is still not mature in terms of compensation. Here, other IT companies are inventing newer means every day to retain their talent. Unless you follow suit, things are going to be worse in the coming days.
