Working in Hyderabad for the last 6 years. Good work-life balance, flexible timings, and work from home are given to a few teams.
Haphazard work culture, not much planning into the project execution. Poor salary for existing employees; they pay more to freshers. Too much work pressure without much appreciation. No hikes or bonus this year.
Promote only those people to manager who are worthy of it. Management is very poor; there is no creative thinking. Value your employees more by financially rewarding them.
