Pros

Innovation and opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies. Strong leadership from Larry and his directs.

Cons

Cheap company. Development/Engineering people don't get paid according to market conditions (standard increments or zero hikes every year). The only option is to leave the company to get good money. Basically, people who stay long get underpaid. The company gets a lot of hours from its employees, especially in the development org.

Advice to Management

Pay according to the output you get from employees and according to the market conditions. Only top management gets all the money, not the employees.
